Description “The eighth day marches upon us, and with it, it brings us the Oni.”
“Oni; [Oh-ni]”
“Oni are a special race on the surface as, like the Hellhounds, the Oni are demons from Hell who have migrated to the surface. With Oni’s living more exclusively on the surface than Hellhounds. Moreover, Oni’s impact on the world itself, whether it was for the better, is up for discussion. All Oni have an average lifespan of 1000 years, with a maturation at 18. Interestingly, their growth follows closely to a Human, with infant and child Oni being remarkably similar in size as Humans. However once they reach maturity and their second growth spurt, they age dramatically slower, keeping their youthful energy up until their 950s.”

“Red Oni; [Red Oh-ni]”
“Red Oni are the most common and recognizable of the Oni. They make their homes in the mountains, caves, and fiery lands. Red Oni have an average height of 11 feet and 6 inches or 3.51 meters. Physically, Red Oni are exceptionally strong and powerful, even for Oni, and they show it, often have muscular builds and showcasing their power in many needless tests, battles, and trials. Red Oni are also able to use Inferna Magic alongside Abyssal Magic. With all this power at their disposal, one would think they would be a dangerous foe, this is not the case. Curiously, Red Oni are very passionate, kind, and welcoming; holding little bias to those around them. With this fact, not only can Red Oni be found in large tribes with Blue Oni, but residing in civilizations as well. Frankly not smoothly due to size and status, but happy. Moreover, Red Oni enjoy the presence of all races, especially Humans, as they are fond of their determination.”

“Blue Oni; [Bloo Oh-ni]”
“Blue Oni are the second most common variant of Oni. These Oni make their homes in the mountains, caves, and frost biomes. Blue Oni have an average height of 10 feet or 3.05 meters. Physically, they are the weakest of the Oni, but still greatly powerful. Blue Oni have the ability to use Aquana Magic, alongside Abyssal Magic. Moreover, Blue Oni are the wisest of the Oni, bearing a third eye to symbolize this. Socially, Blue Oni live in large tribes with Red Oni as well as in civilization. As they too are gentle, considerate, and cultured. Blue Oni enjoy the presence of all races, especially Humans, as they are intrigued by their ingenuity.”

“Black Oni or Ushi-Oni; [Blak Oh-ni] or [Oo-shee--Oh-ni]”
“Black Oni are the rarest variant of Oni, living deep in mountains and caves. Black Oni have an average height of 10 feet and 6 inches or 3.20 meters with the length of their abdomen being, on average 7 to 8 feet or 2.13 to 2.44 meters. Of the bat they have a clear difference when compared to the other Oni, that being their legs being spiderlike, with the lower have covered in dark hair with the exception being the ends of the legs, which are as hard as the horns. Additionally, Black Oni have an entirely different type of strength, although stronger than Blue Oni, Black Oni have incredible pain tolerance, able to ignore the pain of losing a limb, and they can even regenerate it back in time. Even though it only welds Abyssal Magic, truly this variant has mastered the skill of endurance. However, Black Oni are not as kind as the others, often relishing in the chaos it brings upon unsuspecting innocents. Black Oni are rarely seen in civilization, let alone groups. They only enjoy the presence of Humans, as they love the fear they have.”

“Oni often gets a negative reputation, either due to the actions Black Oni, or just by how powerful Oni portrays their affection for others...and rage. Although an Oni can behave itself when it desires, its demonic power and energy simply makes it too excitable for an unprepared race to handle, thus Oni either convince the leaders to live there, or they take the people they are fond of back to their home. Even if an Oni is jovial and kind, caution still needs to be taken, as their customs and morals as a demon aren't meshing well with surface laws and morals.”
