Try getting MAnga Studio. ...or if you use Photoshop you can get lace brushes from people here on DA.90 % of laces that you see in drawings are in fact brushes. I think it's physically impossible to draw such elaborate lace without a graphic tablet....and it takes a lot of time too^^

She uses MangaStudio. It has lace brushes built in (I used to use it myself).
