This Pokemon's Origin is not know to any professor nor does any data exist for it, suggesting this pokemon was just created. It shares a weird interest to squirt water around and live near bodies of water, Collect Candy and fly with the birds in the sky. It's believed to be a Porygon who's data wasn't fulled loaded onto it thus it feeds on computer data to complete itself while others believe it was made to destroy Computers and electronics altogether while others believe It's just a fluke pokemon that was scrapped for being too weird to raise, Another Theory is that a Porygon was given a glitched up disk resulting in this things existence. This Pokemon will often change shape when its called out, why this is is uncertain.
