When I open an image up I tend to play around with the levels a bit so I probably did with this one (I don't remember now). Then I used the smudge tool on the teeth. I have rather pointy incisors as it is, so I just dragged them down.

If by kilstick you mean lipstick, I think it's probably by Revlon and is some sort of plum colour.
