no known secret identity -- Red Skull/Ra's Al Ghul He's been around for centuries and has kept alive, due to a mysterious formula known as Lazarus serum. Unfortunately, even though Tyrant may live much longer, he's little more than a super-strong skeleton. There was a time he could fight American Bat to a standstill, but that time has past. He's not to be underestimated, however. He has many minions, some strength, great skill, and a cunning, devious mind. Also, the serum, when taken, gives the user temporary insanity and super strength. Tyrant relies on it to survive.
