Description So there is a lot to unpack here with this little tidbit. I know that I haven't really posted anything in a while and for those wondering, I did not manage to keep up with inktober. At all. Because college applications are a nightmare. But in-between school and my future plans I did manage to begin finalizing and developing Dungeons and Dorks! As I said, a lot to unpack, but I have a nice list here to try and condense all of the major points:

1. Aside from this cover here (and probably all subsequent covers), the art of DnDorks is out of my hands! This is a good time then to explain the "Noah Klavens" fellow whose name appears right next to mine. I met Noah at School of Visual Art's Pre College program this past Summer, and holy damn this guy can draw. He's a stellar artist and a really cool guy, and his input and skills on this project have been invaluable. For anyone who wants to look further into his art (and I implore that any and all of you do), his Instagram is klavenscartoons. Seriously, check him out. He's a beast.

2. Dungeons and Dorks is somewhat dear to me, especially since it is a haberdashery of the five years of the ADnD group that I have going with my friends. I'm of course open to criticism, but I just hope that some people enjoy the high fantasy antics that we've gotten up to over that half-decade.

3. DnDorks will be released in webcomic style, i.e. about a page a week, maybe more depending. We're developing a surplus of content now so that if anything happens and we get behind on work, or are just held up by college things or family stuff, we know that there is still a very large buffer between deadlines. The first story arc will be four issues, which I have already written, and from there the series is just going to grow if it gets off the ground. For now, our projected release date is sometime early 2018, probably near the beginning of Spring, and from their we will try our damnedest to maintain a regular release schedule.

4. In addition to each issue, I will be releasing an adventure module for First Edition Advanced Dungeons and Dragons that mirrors the events of the comic, so any tabletop gamers who want to send your tablemates on the same escapades can do so! This will be unveiled towards the end of any given issue, so that gamers can't extrapolate spoilers from the module.

5. I am super pumped about this series. Seriously, super pumped. Super-duper pumped. This has been a long time coming, and all of my friends are excited to see their very first ADnD characters go on their own adventures.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and thank you in advance if you find yourself reading Dungeons and Dorks: Duhbious Circumstances in the near future!
