[link]Perhaps one of the coolest Mario villain I've ever seen! I love him so much! Also I love the Battle Theme for the last time you fight him.. It's so upliftingly evil!
This was about 4 hours of work in Photoshop Elements 3.0.. Almost completely done because I just absolutely love him to pieces.. But partly done because I joined ..

Thanks to you I spent all morning reading Dimentio's bio i Mario's Wiki xD just to remember this excellent Paper Mario game and all it's excellent plot!!! I dunno.. Honestly the shading isn't that hard but I can honestly say that I'm never gonna do my outlines like this again.. Fairly sure 3 of those 4 hours were probably for the outline... lol

Yeah I drew this back when I only used Photoshop Elements 3.0 for everything. Even outlines.. I use Flash for outlines now, but I still color in Photoshop Elements 3.0
