The Pods were arguably one of the powerful tools at the disposal of the Yorha units against the machine lifeforms. All the different programs that it could use were fantastic, however 2B made a very unwise choice in plucking what appeared to be a new pod program. She purses her lips

*she stood, surveying the area, desperate for answers. Ignoring her pod for a few moments she tried to take in the lie of the land *

The pod began to beep. Something was clearly wrong with the new program installed inside of it.

It beeps annoyingly in her ear, almost daring her to try and turn it off.

There seems to be something wriggling out of the back of the pod, it looks too inviting not to investigate

Suddenly, a wicked needle emerges from the pod and it zips towards her. Aiming for her head

Ah! *she rolls to one side, drawing her katana*

It zips closer towards her, aiming for her head with the needle.

It dodged, and plunged the needle directly into her skull

It begins to force new programming into her mind.
