I loved the scene in the show and your drawing is just as loveable. The shading is very well done, nice and soft, but with enough details from dark to light. The vein on his head looks very real. Sweetdrops are not over done, but just enough so you can see them, very realistic.
The evil smirk of Majin Vegeta is perfectly drawn, well done!
