Using the teams RWBY and JNPR as examples:
Ruby Rose adquires the spider sense.
Yang Xiao Long learns busoshoku haki.
Blake Belladona learns the kage bunshin jutsu.
Weiss Schnee learns ice maker magic(that also include the stripping habit).
Jaune Arc learns to use ki.
Pyrrha Nikos learns equip magic.
Lie Ren learns the rokushiki techniques.
Nora Valkyria adquires a magic satchel.
