Arrowl can be described simply as a shadow who watches over you where ever you are. The owl is quiet at times and may appear to be unapproachable at times without meaning to, her solemn neutral expression etched on her face when there is nothing to do or doing her role as Guardian. This is not to say she's not friendly, in fact she loves the company of being approached and talked to, it simply reminds her of being alive and as a person and it brings joy to her face when someone comes to her and allowing her to share anything in regards to her beliefs and her light hearted rambles and jokes. Helping others in the community is another plus to her if you allow her to join in if she likes you, and may even share a few stories she find funny (including puns). However, she does take her role as Guardian seriously and when her time comes, she is focused, precise, and cooperative with others should they need her among them and isn't afraid to jump in to assist.

Unfortunately, Arrowl still has her vain attitude due to being a princess, sometimes openly calling out others of their arrogance and make herself appear that she is better than those people she doesn't like, which makes her a little difficult to handle when she is in a bad mood. While she may listen to people, she still find certain people to be of "certain classes" she deem depending on how they act and respond. Arrowl does not take any form of breaking promises well, and will automatically puts you under the "do not trust" group and keep her distance emotionally from you.
It is said her vengeful side is a little violent should that be triggered......

History:
"Mother Moon will always be there no matter the circumstances, always watching and guiding you in the middle of the night when the stars awaken to twinkle in the black sky. She is the first to appear when twilight comes and the last to appear when the dawn rises, for she loves thee who knows her. I will join her when my time has come, but fret not, I will always watch over you from the heavens above."
Arrowl was born to a village where there is a clear distinction of high and low classes that even visitors could see, worshiping the moon more so than the sun in their beliefs of a Moon goddess watching over them. The village's sole Decidueye, living for nearly a century as the Guardian and Ruler of the village, is in fact Arrowl's ancestor in her family line, making her a princess of the village of only birds. She didn't have much qualm in her position as a princess, for it's only a title to carry among her family of prince and princesses until the Guardian's time has come to pass and a successor is needed; all that matter was the fact that being born a Rowlet automatically means she's part of the highest class of birds in the village's hierarchy system and having more privilege than the lower classes. While the protection and major decisions are made by the Guardian, the adult prince and princesses tale care of smaller matters and shared that among each other of the royalty; leaving only the children like Arrowl to be focused on mastering the traditions of archery, and any other subjects of their choosing that would be deemed useful when they eventually join the "royal council."

This left young Arrowl with far too much time to herself and in her interests of intermingling of other birds of various classes and even helping them out, although most of the time shys away from the lowest class birds due to the big gap in status difference. Arrowl went on with learning Archery as part of the tradition among the Rowlet line as well as learning various works from the middle class such as basket weaving, tailoring, and even hunting and it doesn't stop there. She's a princess, she can try and learn anything and speak to whomever and whenever she wants! That's how it's suppose to work if she is to join the royal adults in assisting on handling the welfare of the village, right? Of course, this didn't mean she abandoned mingling with other royalties and members of her family like her cousin she grew fond of, but her main interest was with the Ruler himself. As the only Decidueye of the village and living among them as a ghost for nearly 100 years had intrigued Arrowl, and so there are many days where she is found rambling and pestering the old owl to speak and share tales of his life and defending the village, as well as his stories of how the Moon Goddess spoke to him and guided him on his troubled times, and even asked traditions and rules of his role as Guardian. They were close, Arrowl would always ask questions and the Guardian would always answer one way or another, even though both knew that Arrowl herself does not bear the qualities to be his sucessor.

Life was simple and good this way, her evolution came and went, then finally came the time where the Guardian has met his quota and chosen a successor to carry on his duties. It was normal, festive, and exciting among everyone as they all gathered around as the festival commences. Arrowl had dreaded this day for will be the last days she'll ever see the Guardian before finally rest in peace from being a ghost, but the Guardian had sensed her worries and quelled her fears before the main event had started. He assured her that someday they will meet again in the skies above them, joining the stars of the night sky and while he will wait for her, will watch over her and guide the young owl alongside with Mother Moon, so put you faith on the new Guardian once he comes to pass. The princess took his words to heart and watched and join the festival before the time comes.

But it never did. She wasn't sure what had happened. All she knew was the festival commencing, quietening down for the Guardian to pass on the role to another to trigger the Dartrix successor into evolution, then visions blurred as everything was quickly thrown into chaos. Arrowl knew from those blurred and unclear memories that something had attacked the village, uprooting and disrupting the order among the birds, and destroyed homes. She wasn't awake during most of it and when she did, all she knew and learned that the successor was killed and the Guardian had failed to save the village, leaving probably only her alive. Arrowl panicked when her emotions of fear had kicked in, not knowing who or what the assailant was and the current state of her village in general, it was all blurring. The Guardian came to her side, speaking to her gently and calming her, distracting her to keep her mind off and assuring of her safety from the chaos. Arrowl believed him, listening to every single word, and blocking out the sounds of the world around her, she'll be fine.... he'll protect her.... Suddenly she felt unbearable pain from her heart and her eyes widened the instant she felt it and took the numbing moment for her vision to clear up and for her head to comprehend.

An arrow to her heart. The Guardian's solemn smile filled with sadness and regret. His final words to her: "I am sorry. I have no other choice but to choose you as my successor." Then she blacked out.
Arrowl would have thought this was all just a dream had she not realized a few things upon reawakening: Her village is nothing more than fresh ruins, she was alone, and she had evolved into a Decidueye.
The Guardian had choosen her to be the village's new Guardian but there is no village anymore, and he himself had vanished. Princess Arrowl had nothing left here but memories of the betrayal. For her village's tradition, the successor whom they agreed to take the role and the Guardian must take an arrow to the Dartrix's heart and die, but to return and evolve into a Decidueye and the old Guardian passes on. He did this to her, why did he do this? Was he that tired and desperate to leave this world?
Anger. That was the first set of emotions she felt since waking up as a Decidueye, and no longer any place to call home. Arrowl had to move on and look elsewhere, what good is there for a Guardian if the village she- as follows of the tradition- was meant to guard no longer exists?
So, she wandered aimlessly into the unknown world with only her knowledge and skills she had learned, to get through the harsh world, with only the moonlight to guide her through. Everything didn't seem to matter much to her now, briefly staying with nomadic groups and learning more along the way, and pertaking certain activities and events briefly before leaving to find her new calling.

It has been 2 years until she had reached home.
