I don't think it's even possible to put into words how Stunning and Beautiful this is.
Been browsing your Gallery and i have to say they are all truly magnificent (makes me wish i actually knew how to do digital art).

This is an incredible work, your FemShep is incredible...

That being said, you know Shepard is copyrighted by someone else and can't copyright it. Unless you happen to have the written permission of Bioware to do so...

The character, "Female Shepard" is copyright Bioware, but the painting can be copyrighted by the artist. Bioware can sue the artist if they choose to, because fan art is always a violation of copyright in some way, but simply because they can doesn't make the artist's copyright any less valid.

If, for example, some fool were to print this on a coffee mug and try to make money in a way that Bioware and/or the artist don't condone, then both could sue the fool because the fool would be violating both the artist's copyright and Bioware's "intellectual property".
