And so once again, the day is saved for the 25th year in a row today, thanks to… The PowerPuff Girls! Yes, it’s been just under two years since I’ve posted about these crime-fighting kindergarteners (and just over nine months since I’ve drawn new PPG material behind the scenes since HIM for Multiversal Collide, my CN/Sega crossover), and with it now being their 25th anniversary, I think it’s time that I finally post about them again! What has me really excited about making this PPG drawing is the new approach I took to shading them in, using their corresponding colors to shade most of them in (apart from their dresses and eyes)! It’s yet another one of my many experiments that I decided to try out and makes my art really stand out, making it yet another technique that I should absolutely try more often!
