well, anyone could really turn it into a wallpaper....
just open it in a program like photoshop or Paint and add on to the edges so that the proportions are right (which wouldn't be hard because the background here is just black), and then resize it into the size you need it to be for your wallpaper.
either that, or if you resize it so that the height is the same height as your screen, you can set it as your wallpaper without adding on to the edges (just make sure the desktop background settings is on "centered" instead of "stretch" and that the background color is black)
