She is Captain Syrup. A villainess from Wario Land series. The leader of the thieves known as the Black Sugar Pirates. She is known for creating marvelous inventions that she sends into battle. She and her pirates sail the seas in the hope they'll come across a land to loot, something that happens quite often. She is known for being the main rival of Wario.
