Description
I originally created this drawing as part of a 'how to draw ichigo' video for Youtube. The video is gone (I now only do videos involving my own characters) but I thought people might enjoy getting a closer look at the sketch.I love Tite Kubo's linework; the crosshatching effects he achieves are amazing, and I know I can learn an awful lot from him by continuing to do studies like this one.

i see, what do you mean by "study"? How do you study an artist other than by looking at his work. You cant as i can figure

You study different angles and try getting the basic shapes down, and all of that stuff, And its easy to draw just like someone else, but it can take along time to do so, you have to self train yourself to draw like them. Lol get where I'm going at?

yeah im a huge fan of tite kubo he inspires me so much and i look up to him as an artist and i look at alot of his work if im ever having a bad drawing day or am not sure about something and he has an awsome style thats his own as well as having a great sence of creativity for his charcters and their clothes as well as having creativity all around by the way love your work to the videos help alot

Ah wow! It really looks like his style! You drew the hair well too, it took me so long to be able to draw the hair correctly. *sigh* It works for me on a tablet but with a pencil...not so much. =/

Weird, Ichigo's eyes are much smaller. To me at least. I realized this in the Bleach movie, that Kubo had drawn the eyes rather bigger than what they are. The pupils that is. Then again, I could be wrong and am over thinking things.
