So why show her breasts? If they create such a problem why not miss them out?
People look to see her breasts. You know that and you are choosing to give them what they want. Why complain about it?

I am in no way trying to imply why the artist does it. He/she may have answered already. I do not know but I do know what I think.
The body of a women (or a man) is beautiful. Especially hers. Showing the breast is sexual yes but also makes the picture something more then just showing the face or her with clothes. Its about looking past the breast and thinking 'nice tits.' Its about looking her as a person, what she has in her eyes. It makes it more then just 'a picture' it makes it controversial almost for what its trying to do, not just attract but also make people look. Pictures speak a lot even something like this speaks a lot. Thats my opinion on pictures like this where the artists want others to look past the breasts and such and see the lighting and the face. Sure admire them its natural shes beautiful but look at HER too.

I realise this comment was a long time ago. On reading at it again, it's so contradictory that it amuses me. You say how showing the breasts makes its a better image because people can look past them into her eyes. Why would you put something in an image for people to ignore?
Imagine this got applied to other images, picture of the Mad Hatter's Tea Party, although the picture is about the teapot. Your supposed to look past the Hatter, the March Hare and the Doormouse.

I worded it wrongly and apologize for that. Its less of a 'ignoooorree the breasts people' and more of a 'their there, its the human body so its beautiful, but look at /everything/ (because for instance the eyes can show emotions that boobs cannot) and not just the boobs. '
People should not just look at the breasts is what I meant.

i'm sorry if it seems like complaining, it wasn't.
it shows her breasts because it was part of a layout shot for a client that wanted nudity in the shoot. the nudity adds to the overall story in my opinion.
i wish that more people took the time to really look at images and see all of the story and all of the feelings, that's all i was saying.

you do beautiful work. my wife probably wouldn't appreciate it as much as I do. Keep on going like you are. You make it look flawless and easy. A lady told me one day that inside of us is a wolf. We either feed it or starve it. I have spent a long time
starving it. It isn't fair to be biased, and as crazy as it sounds beauty can be something that gets twisted
up. We either run to it or from it. When you see the ugly parts inside yourself, it makes you think more about what is going on inside than outside. It humbles the most proud. But thank you. Maybe I am learning to live with that wolf.

When you can look at the picture and you find yourself realizing it doesn't even matter that she has no clothes on, you know you're looking at a fantastic shot.
I'm glad she's retired for the reasons she has, but her face...I hope she can find it in her to continue modeling in some way, the camera just seems to love her.

This shot is really well done. You caught the pose on a really great angle. It has that cool lighting. It has almost a painterly feel. Very good!

this shot has what i haven't seen in a model shot in decades-- an appearance of uncontrived emotion, and a sense of imminent movement.
there's a feeling that she's just about to smile or speak. even nude, the draw to her facial expression is irresistable. i simply can't come up with adequate praise for the shot. highly deserving of the dd , and the term "artwork". bravo!
