This is a Post-Apocalyptic vehicle that survivors drive in the Apocalyptic world. It is built out a damaged automobile that got destroyed in a nuclear war or some other catastrophic event that destroyed the earth. The survivors find these vehicles somewhere in the wasteland, fix them, upgrade them with armor and weapon attachment, and drive them in the Post-Apocalyptic wasteland. Just like in the movie Mad Max: Fury Road.
