try right clicking on the zip/rar file then click properties and at the bottom, there should be a button that says 'unblock'. Click that then exit and unzip your file. That should probably do the trick :3

I'm having a bit of a problem with the shader. Part of my model turns a light grey when I load it. I tried turning off the self shadow and it didn't help. it's only in a place where I edited the texture o.o

It could be one of three things:
1. The version of MMD is old and you have to upgrade.
2. Change the lighting setting to what is shown above.
3. The model just isn't compatible with the shader.Β
