Just wanna say I no own this image, it's a screen shot from the new video "Broly vs Baby Vegeta and Goku Black" if you haven't seen it GO WATCH IT NOOOOW!!! www.youtube.com/watch?v=XtpIH5…ANYWAY, this post, as you can tell, will be a list of all the Super Saiyan forms in my version of the Dragon Ball series and how they work in it. There will also be Super Saiyan forms thst don't appear in the image above which will be saved for the end.
Also, I will be listing this forms by Official name AND by the names I use in my series. For example, Super Saiyan God is listed as Super Saiyan God AND Saiyan God. That is because the official name is Super Saiyan God, but it is ONLY CALLED Saiyan God in my series.
Now then, on with the List!

Middle Section forms:
Base: Pretty clear, the Saiyans base form.
Potential Unlocked (Guru): A Saiyans Potential Unlocked by the Grand Elder Guru, works identical to the show. Was gained by Goku and Gohan at around the same time.
False Super Saiyan: The form though to be the form of legend, the False Super Saiyan form is gained by a Saiyan who has enough power to become a Super Saiyan and the rage, but does not have the need to become one, just the desire to become one. Was first gained by Caulfica from Universe 6.
Super Saiyan: The true form of Super Saiyan, works identical to the show. Was first gained by Goku.
Super Saiyan Grade 2/Advanced Super Saiyan: The second grade of Super Saiyan 1 which works identical to the show. Was first gained by Vegeta.
Super Saiyan Grace 3/Ultra Super Saiyan: The third grade of Super Saiyan 1 which works identical to the show. Was first gained by Nappa.
Full Power Super Saiyan: The strongest form of the basic Super Saiyan which works identical to the show. Was first gained by Goku.
Super Saiyan Power: A Saiyan's form when they wish to use the power of a Super Saiyan without actually going Super Saiyan which works identical to the show. It can also be considered the False Super Saiyan form after gaining the normal Super Saiyan form. While it isn't know who gained this form first, Goku showed it first.
Super Kaioken: The Kaioken mixed with the Super Saiyan form, unlike it the show, it can be used in a living body, but only for a short time. Was first gained by Goku.
Super Saiyan 2: The Super Saiyan that surpasses Super Saiyan which works identical to the show. Was first gained by Goku.
Strengthen Super Saiyan 2/Full Power Super Saiyan 2: An even more powerful version of Super Saiyan 2, unlike the manga, it is almost equal to Super Saiyan 3, but not quiet there yet. While it was almost gained and used by Gohan of the present, F. Trunks gained and used the form first.
Super Saiyan Rage: A Godlike version of the Super Saiyan 2 form. This form is gained when a Saiyan absorbs a certain amount of Godly Ki from other beings by accident (As in not in the ritual) and then getting extremely anger. Was first gained by F. Trunks.
Super Saiyan 3: The form even further beyond Super Saiyan 2 that works identical to the show. While it is unknown who gained the form first (between Goku and Gohan), Gohan showed the form first.
Potential Unlocked (Elder Kai): A Saiyan's Potential Unlocked by Elder Kai, which works identical to the show, except the Super Saiyan forms can be used on top of it, but don't add as much power as they should. The only used of this form is Gohan.
Super Saiyan God/Saiyan God: The powerful Saiyan God form which works identical to the show, except it can be used again and again after gaining it easily. Was first gained by Goku.
Saiyan Beyond God: This is the Saiyans base after absorbing some of the power of Saiyan God form into themselves. This allows them to sense God ki and gives them a massive permanent power up to their base. Was first used gained by Goku.
Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan/Super Saiyan Blue/Super Saiyan God: The Super Saiyan form of Saiyan God, Super Saiyan Blue which works identical to the show (except its less fodder like XD). While it is unknown who gained it first (Between Goku and Vegeta) Goku showed it first.
Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Kaioken/Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken/Super Saiyan God Kaioken: The powerful Kaioken combined with Super Saiyan Blue, which works identical to the show. First gained by Goku.
Complete Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan/Complete Super Saiyan Blue/Complete Super Saiyan God: The true power of Super Saiyan Blue which can only be accessed by keeping all energy inside ones's body, which is highly unstable and can be fatal when used. First gained by Goku to counter Vegeta's Super Saiyan 4 forms.
Super Saiyan Rośe: The form a Saiyan takes when they have the soul and/or the power of a God when they attempt to go Super Saiyan Blue, which works identical to the manga. While it is unknown who first gained the form (Between Black and Xicor) Goku Black was the first to use this form.
Light of Justice Super Saiyan Rose: The form a Saiyan fused with a God takes when they attempt to go Super Saiyan Blue and use the power of a God, which works identical to the show (this also covers the Corrupted version of the form)
Ultra Instinct Omen: When a Saiyan finally unlocks the art of Self Movement, which works identical to the show. First gained by Goku.

Left Section forms:
Base: Exact same as before, just stronger form years of training.
Great Ape: The form a Saiyan with a tail gains when looking at the full moon, which works identical to the show. While many Saiyans in the past have used the form, the first to use it in Dragon Ball was Goku.
(GT) Super Saiyan: Simply a stronger version of the Super Saiyan form due to many years of training.
(GT) Super Saiyan 2: Simply a stronger version of the Super Saiyan 2 form due to many years of training.
(GT) Super Saiyan 3: Simply a stronger version of the Super Saiyan 3 form due to many years of training.
Golden Great Ape: The Great Ape for fused with the Super Saiyan form, which works identical to the show. Was first gained by Vegeta.
Super Saiyan 4/Hitazuro: The Primal Super Saiyan 4 form. Unlike most other forms, this one acts differently in my version of Dragon Ball. It acts as a sort of limit bringer form (Since it doesn't break your limit, it just brings you too it). It brings the body of the user up to the highest power it can currently handle. So if base Vegeta is damaged in some way, going Super Saiyan 4 will bring him to the highest level of power his body can take without failing. So its power will change in the series as it continues and can be seen as a safe version/alternative to the Complete SSB form. Was first gained by Vegeta.
Full Power Super Saiyan 4/Full Power Hitazuro: This powered up version of Super Saiyan 4 pushes the users body and power past it's limits temporally and then slowly returns to normal. Can only be obtained by using the power of other Saiyans to increase your own strength, it can't be gained by one's self alone. Was first gained by Gohan.
Tuffelized Base: The form a Saiyan takes when they are taken over by as Tuffle parasite (not just Baby, any Tuffle parasite). Was first gained by Baby Goten.
Tuffleized Super Saiyan/Strongest Form 1: The form a Super Saiyan takes when they are taken over by as Tuffle parasite (not just Baby, any Tuffle parasite). Was first gained by Baby Goten.
Tuffleized Super Saiyan 2/Strongest Form 2: The form a Super Saiyan 2 takes when they are taken over by as Tuffle parasite (not just Baby, any Tuffle parasite). Was first gained by Baby Trunks.
Tuffelized Super Saiyan 3/Strongest Form 3: The form a Super Saiyan 3 takes when they are taken over by as Tuffle parasite (not just Baby, any Tuffle parasite). Was first gained by Baby Vegeta.
A Tufflized Super Saiyan 4 is impossible, as when the Tuffelized Saiyan transforms the ssj4's power burns away and kills the Tuffle parasite, even Baby could not survive it. It is also impossible to use the Legendary/Berserker forms either, as the Legendary/Berserker gene would act the same as the ssj4 form would, burning out the parasite.

Right section forms:
(Legendary type) Base: The base form of a Legendary Super Saiyan, while it seems no different then a normal base, the smallest bit of angry can cause the base forms power to skyrocket to False Super Saiyan and normal Super Saiyan levels.
Restrained Super Saiyan: The Super Saiyan form while being restrained by a mind control device. This causes the form to become weaker and (if talking about a Legendary type in this this kind of state) not gain more power when angered. The only one to have this form was Broly.
(Legendary type) Super Saiyan: While the form appears the same as the normal Super Saiyan form, when the Saiyan first gains this form, its power output is equal to that of a normal Full Power Super Saiyan. It also can be held with no stamina lose, even being able to stay in the form while asleep. The only user of this form is Broly (But Kale's own Super Saiyan forms work in the same way, but would be called Berserker type. This is the same for all her forms bar Ape and ssj4, since she can't gain them).
Legendary Super Saiyan: The Super Saiyan form of Legend, which work's identically to the movies, except the Saiyan's power will constantly increase while in the form and when reverting to normal, the Saiyan will keep a majority of the power they gained, but lose abit of it. The only user of this form is Broly.
Berserker Super Saiyan/ Super Saiyan Berserker: The Universe 6 equivalent of the Legendary Super Saiyan. The only real difference between the two forms is the the Berserker form doesn't cause the user any real mental trauma (Just extreme aggression when using it the first few times), something the normal Legendary form does if not used carefully. The only user of this form and it's further evolution's (1-3) is Kale.
Legendary Super Saiyan 2: The Legendary form that surpasses the Legendary form, which works identical to the normal Lssj, but with a higher power out put. The only user of this form is Broly.
Legendary Super Saiyan 3: The form beyond Legendary which works identical to the normal Lssj and Lssj2, but with a higher power out put. The only user of this form is Broly.
Legendary Golden Great Ape: The Legendary version of the Golden Great Ape form, which works the exact same as it does in the games. The only user of this form is Broly.
Legendary Super Saiyan 4/Legendary Hitazuro: The Primal form of Super Saiyan 4 with the power and look of the Legendary Super Saiyan. It works the exact same as my version of Super Saiyan 4, but it's power increases constantly. When returning to normal, the power the form reached will become the Saiyan's newest limit. The only user of this form is Broly.
Broly God/Legendary Saiyan God/Berserker Saiyan God: A Godly version of the Legendary Saiyan, the form is gained when a Legendary Saiyan absorbs a large amount of power form another Legendary (or Berserker) Saiyan, either by force or willingly. The only user of this form is Broly.

Forms that don't appear in the image:
Super Saiyan Blue Evolution: A more powerful and stable version of the Complete Super Saiyan Blue form, which works the exact same way ti does in the show, but with less stamina drain. Frist gained by a Vegeta Clone.
Super Saiyan 4 Grade 2/Advanced Hitazuro: The advanced version of Super Saiyan 4. This form enhances the Super Saiyan 4 form and makes it into a limit breaker form instead of a limit bringer. Was first gained by Vegeta.
Super Saiyan 4 Grade 3/True Super Saiyan 4/True Hitazuro: The true version of the Super Saiyan 4 form. This form work's identical to the Super Saiyan 4 Grade 2 form, just much stronger. Was first gained by Vegeta.
Super Saiyan 5/Super Hitazuro: The final form a Saiyan can achieve. This form is the ultimate Saiyan form stronger than all others, including God forms. When a Saiyan of any type gains his form, their base form increases to equal the level of a True Super Saiyan 4 and the Saiyan is able to stack all their old Saiyan's forms on top of this new base, making the Saiyan a whole new being in a whole new level of power, beyond even the Gods of Destruction and likely their Angel's as well. Was first gained by Vegeta.
Legendary Saiyan Base: Another unique form of Saiyan though to be the Saiyan of Legend. This version of base for work's identical to the (Legendary type) Base form, but doesn't produce as much power. The only one to have this form is Rigor.
Legendary Saiyan 1-5 (Legendary Hitazuro): Unique version's of all the standard Super Saiyan forms. These all work identical to the original version's, but their power constantly increases while in the forms, like the Legendary Super Saiyan forms. Unlike the Legendary Super Saiyan forms however, when the Saiyan returns to base, they lose alot of the power they gained, but keep abit of it. All the Saiyan forms from 1-3 look the same as the standard version's but with red eyes instead of teal. The Super Saiyan 5 form has black fur, black and red eyes and golden hair. The only one to have these forms is Rigor.
Legendary Super Saiyan 4 Grade 2/Advanced Legendary Hitazuro: The Legendary version of Super Saiyan 4 Grade 2 that works as a mix between this form and the Legendary Super Saiyan form. Broly is the only user of this form.
Legendary Super Saiyan 4 Grade 3/True Legendary Super Saiyan 4/True Legendary Hitazuro: The Legendary version of Super Saiyan 4 Grade 3 that works as a mix between this form and the Legendary Super Saiyan form. Broly is the only user of this form.
Legendary Super Saiyan 5/Legendary Super Hitazuro: The Legendary version of Super Saiyan 5 that works as a mix between this form and the Legendary Super Saiyan form. Broly is the only user of this form.
Spirit Bomb Super Saiyan: A Super Saiyan after absorbing a Spirit Bomb, this form works identical to that in the movie. However, if the Saiyan has enough skill, training and power, they have a chance of gaining Ultra Instinct.
Super Saiyan Quake of Fury: This state is gained when a Saiyan, in any Super Saiyan form, goes through an extreme burst of anger which dramcitly increases there power for a limited time. First gained by Vegeta.
Strengthen Super Saiyan 3/Full power Super Saiyan 3: An even stronger version of the Super Saiyan 3, with little to no Ki or stamina lose while in the form and is almost equal in power to Hitazuro. Was first gained by Nappa.
Super Saiyan Rośe Kaioken: The Super Saiyan Rośe form combined with the Kaioken. First used by Xicor.
Super Saiyan Break: A unique Saiyan form gained by Dakon, due to a mutation in his body (Just like his other unique forms). The form acts as Dakon's own version of Full Power Super Saiyan and can be mastered to be equal to 3 quarters the power of Super Saiyan 2.
Super Saiyan Breaker: A unique Saiyan form gained by Dakon. The form acts as Dakon's own version of Strengthened Super Saiyan 2 and can be mastered to be equal to 3 quarters the power of Super Saiyan 3.
Super Saiyan Broken: A unique Saiyan form gained by Dakon. The form acts as Dakon's own version of Strengthened Super Saiyan 3 and can be mastered to be equal to 3 quarters the power of his own Super Saiyan 4 form.
Frenzy Hitazuro: A unique Saiyan form gained by Dakon. The form acts as Dakon's own version of of Super Saiyan 4. Unlike the normal Super Saiyan 4, the form can sometimes make Dakon go berserker and when he does his power increases greatly.
Super Saiyan Lord: A unique Saiyan form gained by Dakon. The form acts as Dakon's own version of Super Saiyan God at full power. So when Dakon attempts to use Super Saiyan God at Full Power, it becomes a Super Saiyan Lord instead.
Super Saiyan Saint: A unique Saiyan form gained by Dakon. The form acts as Dakon's own version of Complete Super Saiyan Blue. So when Dakon attempts to use Complete Super Saiyan Blue, he becomes a Super Saiyan Saint instead. (To see Dakon's other stats and forms go here: fav.me/db4z4f5 )
Demonic Base: A Demon with a Saiyan's DNA base. Mira is the only being known to have this base and the forms with it.
Demonic Super Saiyan 1-3: A Demon with the DNA of a Saiyans version of Super Saiyan 1 through three. They work identically to the normal versions, but can produce more raw power. Mira is the only user o these forms.
Demonic Super Saiyan 4/Demonic Hitazuro: A demon with the DNA of a Saiyans version of the Hitazuro. It can be gained by the same means as the normal Hitazuro, or in Mira's case, by absorbing his creator. Mira is the only user of this form.
Tuffelized Super Saiyan God/Strongest Form God: The form a Super Saiyan God takes when they are taken over by as Tuffle parasite (not just Baby, any Tuffle parasite). Was first gained by Baby Vegeta.
Tuffelized Super Saiyan Blue/Strongest Form Blue: The form a Super Saiyan Blue takes when they are taken over by as Tuffle parasite (not just Baby, any Tuffle parasite). Was first gained by Baby Vegeta.
Wrathful State: A state of being when a Saiyan takes on the power of a Great Ape without actually becoming one. Was first gained by Broly (DBS).
Super Saiyan Berserk: A form a Saiyan takes on when corrupted by the villainous power of an "Evil Saiyan", making them lash out at anything anyone violently. First gained by Goku.
Evil Saiyan: A state of being that only a truly Evil Saiyan can take on, allowing them to form claws of energy form their aura and corrupt others. Can be combined wiht the Saiyans other forms. Only known user is Cumber.
Mastered Ultra Instinct: The Mastered version of Ultra Instinct Omen. Works the same way it works in the show. First gained by Goku.
Primal Super Saiyan 5: An ancient version of Super Saiyan 5. First gained by Tablos, Gokus brother.

Forms that may exist but are never seen:
Demonic Super Saiyan God forms and forms beyond SSJ4: Basically a Demon with the DNA of a Saiyan's God forms and advanced ssj4 forms. It's possible they exist, but they haven't appeared yet.
SSJ4 and beyond forms for Universe 6 Saiyans: Universe 6 Saiyan's could gain SSJ4 and beyond via a Blutz Wave Gun (Like what Vegeta uses in GT) but this hasn't happened thus far.
Artificially Mutated Saiyans and their forms: Saiyan's who have natural mutation's have already appeared (Dakon, Rigor, etc), but Saiyan's who mutated themselves artificially could exist, they just haven't appeared yet.

Well I can try, but just so you know I'm not the greatest when it comes to this kinda stuff XD Oh and of course some of the multipliers change sometimes either due to rage, absorbing power or just Plot XD
First off, most of the forms, like SSJ, SSJ2 and all, have the same multipliers as they do in the show.
False SSJ and SSJ Power have multipliers of x25.
The Tufflized forms are almost the exact same as the normal ones, but an extra 3 times is added to them. So SSJ would be a x53 and SSJ2 would be 103 and so on so forth.
The "GT" versions of the forms are basically just stronger versions of the old forms, so instead of being stuck at x50 they could go up to double that amount. So a GT SSJ can go all the way to x100, SSJ2 can go all the way to x200 and so on.
Legendary Super Saiyan/Super Saiyan Berserker are strange ones, they both start off a x95, but the longer they stay in the form the higher the power will go. After a few minutes it could go up to x105, to x200, to x315 and beyond. But, if they return to base and then go back into the form, they'll start off at x95 again. And as for the advanced versions of these forms, just add 45 to that forms normal multiplier. For example, SSJ3 is x400, so the Legendary version of SSJ3 is x445 and then will quickly rise far above that.
Demonic SSJ forms have the same multipliers are their none Demonic versions.
Legendary forms work similar to the Legendary Super Saiyan forms, the difference in the multipliers however are that Legendary forms add x35 to the form. So since a SSJ3 is x400 and LSSJ3 is 445, Legendary 3 is 435 and then quickly grows.
SSJ4 in this version has no multiplier. It simply raises the users power up to the highest power their body can currently handle without damaging themselves. The Advanced version is the same, except it adds an extra x200. Then it True version brings in an extra x600.
As for the God forms..... I have NO idea. Ihave no clue what the real ones are so I don't really know what to give my versions of them either. Sorry But I can say that Completed SSB is almost the exact same as the normal SSJ4, except it brings the users power past their limit in a dangerous way that could hurt them.
And finally my oc Dakon's forms. All of them are 3 quarters of the next form to come. So Super Saiyan Break is a x75, because thats 3 quarters of SSJ2. So going by that, Super Saiyan Breaker would be 300 and Super Saiyan Broken is unknown because it's 3 quarters of Dakon's SSJ4 power, which I wouldn't be able to put into numbers. Super Saiyan Lord would be equal to a Full Power SSGod and Super Saiyan Saint would be equal to Complete SSB.
Hopefully that answers your question, sorry for not being able to do God forms.
