Concept Author: Unicorn LadyNo significant changes have been made for this theme, save for the 15% rule. This theme is not being considered for Aero promotion. Color palette has been adjusted for better visibility on Contemporary versions of Windows. I always dogfood my own themes before making them available.
Please remember that High Contrast themes are Accessibility themes and they may override how you see certain Windows elements, or turn some off (like the lock screen). For example, this post's Notepad draft shows up as white text against a brown background. To have complete control over the color palette, please stick with Aero.
