Trying to develop a quick drawing style led me to this Prince-inspired piece that I had the idea for months ago while listening to "Anna Stesia", which is easily one of his best songs~ The lineart for this was done on Friday in about 30-minutes, which is a personal best for me, as I typically can take anywhere from a week to multiple months to finish lineart in the past LOL.. Then I just spent the rest of the weekend refining the colors and background and effects :3
