Part of a trade with , who did this cool pic of Frida Mofette for me
This is his character Hazelel, who has some kind of conjuring powers and makes these green lanternesque energy weapons. As I'm sure you'll agree, the leap from "green energy weapon" to "gratuitous cameltoe" is a short one.
