If you are within her vicinity, it can scare the heck out of you if you weren't expecting it. Heck you might die of a heart attack! Even worse, you could be standing in front of her, and with her poor record of covering her sneezes, you could be hit with the full force of gunk that flies out and speeds only a pegasus can make.
