Each night I see you in my dreams
and I know you are the one for me.
And even though I've never met
this beauty of an angel yet,
I hope and pray that someday soon
our eyes will meet across a room
and instantly we'll know for sure
this is the day we waited for.

Cross the room and gazes meet
I hold my breath, so scared to breathe.
