Fired up the ol' Z-Brush I see...
I agree with Cooper tho - needs a different color BG.
I like the eyes.

Looks great, however the background, which to me looks like he's lying on the floor with blood all over is great, but it is almost the same hue as the creature... perhaps a darker or lighter background would be less of a blend together and make the figure stand out a little more, nothing drastic just enough to tell u know> just a thought... anyways other than that great job with the 3dness and the creatures textures looks awesome.... take care

Looks bloody good it reminds me of an oddworld character or so0mething. There is abit of a halo round the edges where you have cut it off but you can get rid of them with the smudge tool
