Similar to my unicursal hexagram glyph, this is a morphed version of an 8 pointed star. I pulled the 2 lines going up out to a circular shape. 8 pointed stars use energy(primarily life force) and can be used to manipulate the body's energy flow. He used a different kind of octagram, but good example is Notshurly's power array. As with the heptagram glyph, it can generally be used in replacement of an octagram, but be aware of how you're using it. This works well as a mini array or a way to connect two parts.
