I don't know why it took me so long to post this finished version.

So, same concept as before. We've got the soul powering a seal of Saturn using a heptagram and the mind directing where and when to go. It's hard to see but I overlayed the seal of Saturn on my heptagram glyph. My main problem before was that I had to cram the SoS inside of something or make it super huge because it was impossible to overlay because of the point counts, but my 7glyph only has 6 points so it works out(technically there is a 7th but architecturally there's 6).

Starting at the top we have the symbol for the mind(mercury) connecting directly to the circle and the other 2 human symbols. Going clockwise we get to the symbol for the soul(sulfur) placed on the point representing energy. Next is union(cancer) and separation(scorpio) on their respective points, followed by body(salt) on the point for planes. I chose planes because it's the only physical aspect of this array and it just looks better than putting it on organic. Putting it on organic could also have the adverse affect of only allowing you to transport organic material.

Around everything is a nonagram+nonagon and a braced circle. The little node at the bottom is where the user stands. The 6 empty circles are nodes of the SoS. In the previous version I had cut two off but that makes it harder to see the SoS and doesn't give it good connection to the nonagram. The way this works is you kinda fold spacetime outwards to make a hole, and patch it up by connecting it to another hole where you want to go. The universe doesn't really like that so you're gonna need a philosopher's stone to power this.
