It becomes more and more evident to me, that there will never be a finite list of emotes suitable, needed and applicable to all the different conversational situations and emotions, we are trying to better convey with the help of a visual.
But they are most welcomed, and essential for portraying the intonation of our thoughts being that in this kind of passive interraction dimension, things can often get miss-interpreted and taken out of context.
Being that emotes are not only vital for the quality of communication on DA, but also a great aspect of it's popularity, as most of us know that DA has one of , if not the largest, most diverse, well animated list of emoticons on the web... and still it seems as if emoticonists are not getting enough reckognition for their work, because we tend to take it for granted, and discredit it from being an art form initself (which contradicts the fact that it is a valid deviation submission category... and we all associate deviations with electronic entries/reproductions of creativity, which should include emoticons as well).
And I find the :stop: one in particular, an excellent example of just how creatively and conceptualy involved, the process of producing an emote does become.
Not only do you deal with very tedious pixel animation, but you deal with visualising an emotion, a sentiment, an attitude, an idea, an action, an opinion...etc, within the gesture capacity of a very limited 20 x20 pixel wide circle with eyebrows, eyes, mouth and dotted arms 
Upon completing your "action" layout, you proceed to choose the delicate features of the expression, where in this case at hand, you have chosen a very rigid, un-comrpomising, down-to-bussiness formation of the eyebrows, which are the only expression to be found on this other speachless diplomatic face. By coloring it grey, you are continuing to go along with that uniform, neutralness that is trying to effectively put an end to a situation, by not causing futher retaliation.
Of course, the stop sign was self evident, taking the role model of it's real life correspondent. But there you have taken that creative step, by adding decisive, almost military like rhythm to the way the little guy is tapping it on the ground, thus breaking the monotony, and successfuly focusing attention to the most relevant part, which is the "stop" message.
Overall... there are a lot of implementations for the :stop: emote which without a doubt, is yet another of your craftfull pixelations

This is much better, the colour of the sign just looks a little too dark, but apart from that tis very good.
