Okay, one awesome interpretation of Dashie's special talent for learning. Two, the fight was great. Finally,that was a perfect place to stop for the cliffhanger. While I'm excited to see what Applejack is capable of, it will be really neat to see what these five can do.

I'm more interested in how Mauroz is basically shipping Flash with Pinkie. The hell with the battle, I'm kinda sure he will either kick all of their butts at once, or leave the battle when they got the 6 togheter.

That's the issue. Pinkie and Flash?    NO! 
And 'duh' the five of them are going to get their buts handed to them. I mean four out of five are definitely not at 100% after the first time. Even if they could transform they can't not be feeling the after effects of what Haze put them through already.

This "comic" mauroz y making, is working in a way similar to a lot of animes.
Cause of that, I think in some point of the story, Twilight will begin to feel something for Flash (making reference to what happens in the series), but will be in conflict with Pinkie, thinking she likes him too. And that will break the team apart for a bit.
