There's this peculiarity in this Master-Pupil, or Trainer-Pocket Monster relationship. And "tension" is so far the word to describe it in a shortest way possible. It goes both ways, too.

The long version is this : Since Tohree is my first Pokemon I have in my venture of the Pokemonverse(ingame at least), we've been through a lot. Apart from the obvious part when I chose her after a local professor offered me to, I spent more of the time committed with Tohree rather than having the interest to catch more other Pokemons straight away. We beat other trainers together, as well as Gym leaders together. In a gap where Pokebattles wasn't involved, I watched her development and her evolution, as well as walking about meeting more friends and members along the way. During her last two evolution, the relationship was going pretty well. Until her third came to flesh, that's where there was a shift in the gear. Apart from her trainer being much colder and distant, she also had her desire and affection strengthened, much to the receiving end's discomfort. From being jealous because of a simple reason to being adamant for not leaving someone alone, whatever she could do knew no bounds. Despite the constant mistreatment and cold demeanor given, there's still a hint of care in the relationship, though rare. But despite this, it worked out well.
