Yes, and I especially like the way they spaced the cars around the parking lot.Β I wanted to shoot before the modern cars of the guests started arriving.

I know the feeling. I tend not to want people in my photos unless they are there for some other purpose - like a point of interest in the composition or usually to provide scale for a building or landscape. The early bird catches the.....best photo!?

I've tried to calm down about keeping people out of certain photos.Β It's hard at popular photographic landmarks, because people take 19 images of the same thing, stand in front of what you're trying to shoot, then they review all 19 images with their friends, then decide to take another 19 images, this time with selfies included!

I remember passing this on cross-country trips with my family as a child. We never actually stayed there, although it was a landmark I always anticipated.

There's a sense of melancholy on this image...maybe is the light combined with the cars.
It doesn't "feel" like it is 2014. It is very different, I like it.
