Well, the black tank top is technically what Malik wears under his purple shirt in the manga (but I almost never draw it), and the cape is Malik's Ghoul cloak with the hood down... but the anime colored Yami Malik's pants a different color than Malik's, so I can't explain that one. The manga made more sense since it kept the pants the same color. xD
