Colonel was salvaged from the colonel and brought back to be repaired. After he got repaired and realized what happed, he understand what wrong he did and joined the GDS because of reploid independence, but he hid his identity from other reploids because of the embarrassment against the Repliforce.Original Colonel is owned by Capcom
