RWBY "JUNE" Challenge Day 10'Favourite Pairing'

They aren't technically my favourite RWBY pairing but are the one I think is most logical and would like to see happen in canon. Yang and Blake ftw!
I started drawing this out properly but then started to do this kinda sketchy style with the gold and black shading.. I don't really know what I think of it. I might finish the proper drawing later on, depending on how busy I am.

Cap: The RT guys upset a VERY devoted fandom to create a plot point... I'm not sure it'll go too well for them... The RT guys at least... Pure chaos if you ask me. I can see Mercury having that kind of sembelence as the element has that same kind of effect on people through touch... She acted in what she thought was self-defense and I honestly would've done the same thing.

Do you think so? I was really quite happy with how that episode went, personally I like a series to have a darker theme and real drama for the characters otherwise it gets a bit stale. So far the heroes have not had much of a threat and this something new and scary for Yang aswell as RWB. I think it adds an element of fear for the charcaters which is good.
Also Cinder needed to step up and do something and now she finally has. I am looking forward to how this will unfold, I am guessing at who may come to Yang's aid. We know Coco also was tricked by an illusion so maybe she will believe Yang. I think RWB will aswell and possibly Ozpin himself.

I thought the last episode was really good, seeing the backstory to Cinder and learning part of her motivations.
Also now we know the hallucinations were Emerald's semblance which is cool. And Mercury has robot legs so his legs not even broken lol.

Haha I know right. It was really good I think! But Penny!! I do have faith she will be repaired though, and her brain/computer wasnt damaged so I think she will be ok. Penny is too awesome to be killed off so suddenly!!

Cap: Ok, Neo I can stand... It's just Roman and Adam I can't... (Cinder too) I mean, I feel like Neo would be a character that gets "reformed" kinda like Blake with how she left the WhiteFang. I think Neo will become good in the end and possibly even kill Roman for everything he's done. IDK, Mabey I'm over analyzing...

I cant see Roman, Cinder, Adam nor Emerald, MErcury or NEo reforming. If anyone...I think it might be Mercury and Emerald and maybe Adam with his connection to Blake but I believe they are way too far gone, theyve murdered people.
Roman and Neo may be my favourites but I dont think they will ever go over to the good side, or be 'justified'. They are very very bad people! I just like villianous characters, theyre entertaining. As Neo was made to be Roman's 'team' (Monty made and designed her based on a genderbent Roman Torchwich cosplay) and I believe he stated that she was made so that Roman had his own team or something. So I really dont think Neo will betray him, she also seems just as violent and sadistic as him, (infact she is really a lot like him in mannerisms etc too)I cannot see her being good in any way tbh. So far we know very little about them though so who knows.
I dont see why Neo would be mad at Roman though?
And Cinder is the big boss in it all so if she did change her mind wouldnt she be more mad at her?

I can kinda see if Emerald swapped sides, but not Mercury. (Not entirely atleast) She basically took him in after he killed his own father and his home burned down. All she did with Emerald was not rat her out.

Hmm, I cant really see that, I guess it would be a twist. I mean I guess I can see atleast three of the villians being sent to a institution for the criminaly insane... I dont think they will take that path though. Its true she has a voice actor and Im really interested to findout how they are going to bout that. Like they didnt confirm whether she would actually speak or not..We have heard Neo's voice this season but not her speak yet.
Theres also the theory that Neo is an Idol/singer? Which would be cool.
I do like the idea of Neo being mute though.
Yeh you're right, I think Mercury has gone too far for sure, we dont know what happened but he killed his father/family, which may have been some sort of self defence, but he has had no trouble killing innocent people either.

Weiss summoned an arm sword, I love all the arm puns lately though, Yang would be proud. I think Yang will be ok and get a robot gauntlet arm upgrade and be so cool. The ones Im worreid about are my favourite villians ! haha But honestly I think they will be ok too, I dont think they are dead. Torchwick and Neo are too cool, man! And really Ruby couldnt beat them in a fight so this gave her a way to escape and survive I guess.. Im a little bitter perhaps XD But aslong as they survive Ill deal with it haha.
And Velvets weapon is revealed atlast!

Yeh, I know whta you mean. I think its a nod to the fandom, she kind of represents the fandom and so her weapon/semblance is like cosplaying the other characters? Kinda?
I dunno, I think its because Velvet can only use them all in one go, but its not been explained well so far. Why else would Coco not let her use it ? :/ I dont get why they all waited and watched to allow her to fight alone, that made no sense whatsoever. Other then for 'cool' effect.

Same, I am usually ok with some character deaths but it felt really sudden in vol 3 (especially when it was my fave characters lol). I think we just didnt get enough of a chance to see and learn more about the characters before they got killed off..

Oh I saw a fanart like that, it looked cool! Yeh I think there are a few theories and ideas going around like that, I like the idea of Penny being intergrated into Crescent Rose for a while !! Im sure they could save her, Im not sure that any of the charcters are 'dead dead', there are ways for them to come back ^^
And Penny is the only 'body' weve seen, and since she is a robot, she probably has a way of being fixed.
