I can tell you the whole story if you want... The Tails Doll myth began when a mother in Los Angeles, California, found her son dead while he was playing on his Sega Saturn his game "Sonic R". The mother said that his son used to spend a lot of time playing on his console and he was obsessed with getting a "doll" or something like that. In Thanksgiving day, the mother called the kid, and after some tries, he didn't respond, so she thought it was strange, especially because his grandparents were there (like every year) and he treat them like kings (because they gave him presents).
The mother went to the second floor and knocked the door several times, but the kid didn't said nothing. She entered and found her son dead. His lips had turned blue, his pupils were dilated and foaming at the mouth. She said that the worst was the fact that her son was face up staring at the ceiling while on the TV there was a song repeating over and over "Can you feel the sunshine?". Acording to reports from the police the child choked to death while suffering an epileptic attack, which was quite rare, as there was no family history of disease. They assumed that the child was too excited and suffered spasms, which scared him to the point of being unable to breathe. The myth arose when the family after the funeral, decided to donate his stuff (which is common in United State's families), but gave the console to the child's best friend, who began to look around and play. The Sega Saturn came with the last CD played by the child, "Sonic R", when tested, he saw that the last thing he had done (according to the game's memory) was unlocking the Tails Doll. This was posted by "IRon7HuMB" on a forum. He was the friend mentioned before. That's when the "cursed game" rumor extended... In fact, SEGA never used again the character on another game, due to the psychosis that caused this rumor and even now the myth of the cursed "Tails Doll" exists... There are forums with the game that includes the "curse", but you have to broke the "seal" (patch in fact, dunno, i'm translating ). Miyamoto made that patch, but you can "break" it if you play in the mode "Tag 4 characters", choose Tails Doll and play with him. The objective is something like "hunting down" the others characters. If you can catch Super Sonic (secret character), the seal brokes and... bye-bye to your soul. Tails Doll will pursue you (Ya know, i have played that game and my friend had that chara and did that and we both are alive Oh yeah, credit to [link] because i translated from there. It is in spanish. Sorry, the myth is somewhat long... )
