I absolutely love Android 21 from Dragon Ball FighterZ, and I especially love the performance of her VA, Jeannie Tirado, so I decided to make some fan art of the Majin android. I remember a cover panel of Shonen Jump magazine featuring Luffy from One Piece eating ice cream versions of his crew, so I decided to make a version of that cover since Android 21 has the power to turn people into sweets, using the cover as a template.
