I'm kinda bugged by Nepeta's size compared to Equius's in the first two panel, but it's not that much of an issue.

In my headcanon, Equius is the tallest of the trolls (close to 2m), while Nepeta (along with Feferi) is the tiniest one, thin and about 150 cm tall. He's almost two heads taller than her, and has a way bigger frame XD
Note how Aradia is curvier and taller (I imagine her and Vriska being the exact same height, about 175 cm).

Assuming you're not drawing them in adult-mode, that is.
Regardless of that, her head and hands still look way too small in comparison. Head size is about the same between same-aged people, due to brain size being pretty much a standard constant; what makes the difference between differently sized people is the head/body ratio and overall proportions.
