Description
Yeah, this was actually a doodle I started yesterday in Fashion class because we had a free period so I just took some paper out and started drawing. I had no idea I'd embellish it so much though. lol. I added rose petals to the lineart because this week in Global we were watching Gladiator after finishing our unit on Ancient Rome and whenever some big cheese walked in, rose petals were dropped and I wanted to try something with rose petals only here they're coming from the center. My dad asked me if this one was Dali-inspired because he saw a piece of his with things coming from the center... I've never seen it, but I'd be glad if someone pointed the piece out to me. xDAnyways... this one didn't have too much tiny detail in it, but it does have a lot so the lineart took a while. The drawing was a one-shot thing; I didn't even do a pencil sketch before outlining it. Like I said, it was originally just a doodle, so... The BG is a really cheap one too. I would've done the water droplet effect but my blender is dying on me. T_T I want one for Christmas or I'll claw someone's eyes out. D:< But the BG didn't take too long. A couple of strokes with the pin marker and BAM! I was done after adding a few other cruddy colors. lol. It's supposed to be some dumb sky. It goes another direction at the bottom because I didn't want it to be all even. Then it'd be too boring.
Anyways, I can't help thinking this picture really needs something. If you guys can help me out a bit (nothig too detailed or exciting please.) then help me with minor details I should add. (NOT alterations, just additives.) Or maybe it's just good this way? I dunno... ah well. Enjoy!
MATERIALS USED: Micron 05 brown, pink, black and purple pens, Copic sketch markers, white calligraphy ink, Prismacolor white charcoal pencil, and opaque gold pen on bristol board.

Beautiful! I love the detail and design of the clothing, and the colouring is really well done. Nice work. I don't know what you could add, I like it how it is. XD
