Thanks very much! The wings were really hard. I had to use a few reference pics of real hawks to get them right, admittedly.

Wow I just learned something new ...never knew about the 'claw' thing but I'm usually drawing humans, humanoids, and furry anthros anyway.

I love how you did this it's so awesome I would have never known agout the claw thing if SamBlob never said so. The only thing I really pay attention to on birds his the head and wings, I'm obsessed with wings. Again I lve this plus I like blue.

Excellent.

One thing troubles me, though: AFAIK, birds have three claws to the front of each foot and one vestigal claw at the back of each foot. Yours, OTOH, seems to have four uniform claws in radially opposed pairs at right angles to each other.

I could be wrong, however. Just thought I'd check...

You're right, SamBlob. Birds of prey do have three claws towards the front and then one vestigial claw.

I had so much trouble with the claws; I wanted to make them look correct anatomically, but I didn't want the falcon to look...stuffed. So I tried to make it look like the falcon was extending them as far as it could, as if it were just about to snatch something up...but they kind of ended up looking like crane game machine claws.

I'm glad you liked it anyway, though. Thanks. ^_^
