One's a ninja 
The other's a Halfa (half human/half ghost) 
and the girl fights magical creatures without set powers for most of her life. 
Fighting, let alone beating, all three ain't gonna be a cake walk.

Yep ,no cakewalk. He'd be lucky to come out with frostbite and water damage on the upholstery (Because of his Reptile skin).
