Interestingly enough, I first “met” Asterix through a Smurfs/Asterix crossover piece of fanart. I thought then that he was just an OC. I stumbled upon the artwork again, and got curious, so I googled Asterix... about a day after that, I was a big fan, and it hasn’t slowed down since then.
