The ability to destroy a planet may be insignificant next to the power of the force... but y'know, for all his Sith-tastic powers, I imagine it'd be kind of hard for Vader to beat a guy who can just stop time, walk up to him and punch a hole in his chest.

Vader would would vs a stand-less Dio, but The World is just way too powerful. Dio just needs to stop time and thrust vaders belly with his stand. The knife trick wouldn't work though
