Za Warudo is the phrase Dio Brando uses invoke his "stand", or special ability, to freeze time and use any tactic he wishes to completely pulverize his opponent, usually throwing a ton of knives at them (which freeze in time before hitting), dropping steamroller (or in the anime, an oil truck) and then punching the opponent THROUGH the steam roller, before it explodes, and then after unfreezes time, the knives hit the opponent, not even giving them time to block or evade.
