TRIVIA:
- Summoner's Reef is a Splatoon parody or pun to the OG LoL's "Summoner's Rift".
- According to the Lore behind Summoner's Rift's factions, Red/Purple Team features an Owl motif with curvilinear shapes and it represents "Chaos" while Blue Team features a Stag motif with blocky square shapes and it represents "Order".
- The rain in the background was caused by slaying the Ocean Drake/Dragon. Don't worry, the cephalopod champions won't dissolve as summoner magic prevents them from dissolving when exposed to rain water. Same thing goes to them moving in the river.
- Octolings represents Noxus. However, not all Noxians are Octolings. Riven (the Octoling on the right) is a Noxian but she exiled herself to Ionia because her faith being removed and conviction bolstering her life in Noxus.
