The Maven of the Strings

LORE:
Sona doesn't remember anything about her real parents. As a baby Squid, she was found at the doorstep of an Ionian orphanage, nestled atop an ancient musical instrument. Sona being a well behaved squid, always quiet and content. She remained within the orphanage until her Inkling form at the age of 16. By that time, Sona's caretakers sold her instrument in hopes of gaining her trust.

Lestara Buvelle, a wealthy Demacian embarked for Ionia and found the instrument outside the orphanage. She adopted Sona and left a generous donation for the instrument. After Sona's adoption, she had a deep connection to her instrument called the 'etwahl'. Even without a single music sheet, Sona plays calm music that can capture the hearts of the audiences and then discovers that the instrument also has a deadly use: using vibrations to destroy objects at a distance. After mastering the instrument, she is well prepared to face her challenges in her next recital: The Ink of Legends.

"Brainwashed" LORE:
After her victorious battle against the Red Team in Summoner's Reef, Sona was planning her next concert in Inkopolis due to her popularity on music and fans alike. Marina, a member of the pop group Off the Hook is totally a huge fan to Sona due to her obsession to music and being a skilled Disk Jockey like Marina herself and her former mentor DJ Octavio. Pearl, Marina's partner is less welcoming to Sona due to her having no voice at all and her telepathy messes around Pearl's mind. After welcoming Sona to Off the Hook's office, Sona and Marina are planning to make a new album for Sona's planned concert as she uses Marina's DJ equipment and her instrument in making remixes of the music composed by Pearl and Marina including her own tracks. After Sona left the office to see her manager for her tomorrow's concert in which Marina is excited to attend, she was abducted by an unknown figure and knocks her out cold.

After regaining consciousness, Sona found herself in Octo Canyon with her being bound at a chair in the middle of Octavio's arena. The figure that abducted her is revealed to be an Octoling sent by DJ Octavio in order to find a supporter for his recently brainwashed victim Callie and the Octarians' recent plan. DJ Octavio and the brainwashed Callie appears to her and is intrigued about Sona's obsession to music as well being ravishing. Sona was ordered to be brainwashed under and DJ Octavio's order. With Sona's memories begin fading other than her musical obession as the hypnoshades engulfs her eyes, she's now under the control of Callie. While being an evil slave, she found DJ Octavio's old and broken DJ set in which he used during his past epic battle with Agent 3. Sona fixes, modifies and uses the DJ set as her personal weapon to support Callie with her deadly chords.

Meanwhile back at Inkopolis, Sona's manager goes to Off the Hook's office to where Sona was last seen. She asked Marina where she is but they have no witness of where she have gone. The manager also find Marie alone in the street, whom she is looking for someone. The manager asked the same question and Marie also tells that Callie is as well missing. The manager found only one trace where Sona have left behind: her etwahl.

"Shall we resolve this dissonance?"

- She is mute but she can talk through telepathy or Instrument gestures. Additionally, she levitates when moving on ground without her feet touching the floor.
- In League of Legends, as I'm a Support player, Sona is my most favorite champion and my first main.
