Description
In 2019 I participated in Inktober with the official prompt list, but took my own spin on it: Into the forest.

All illustrations are made on A4 180 gsm drawing paper with a Pentel Pocket Brush Pen.

Day two was "Mindless".

According to the sketches, my first idea while starting this, was 'deer' apparently, haha! It very quickly turned into a Zombie deer, which then ended up making me think of those zombie ant fungi, and a fuzzy memory of some article I read at one point in my life which linked those two together. Can't remember the details. I am very happy with the result of this, as I think the details comes together really nicely into the finished piece.
