In 2014, astronomers discovered a giant cloud of alcohol in the W3(OH) region of the Milky Way galaxy. The cloud is about 6,500 light-years away from Earth and is made up of mostly methyl alcohol, also known as wood alcohol. There is also some ethyl alcohol, the type of alcohol found in alcoholic beverages, in the cloud.

This is open to be seen by everyone on deviant art, just to show what type of exploration we are doing in the Unseen Universe subscription.
