Hey guys, it's been a while since I've loaded anything to my gallery and figured since I got a decent picture of some of my work that I'd share it with you!

This fantasy breed of humming bird was something I sculpted out of Premo Polymer clay as a present for my mom's birthday (..And Christmas -- it was a bit time consuming) made over an armature of tinfoil for the head and beak and a glass bottle for the body to lend it some weight, and for the most part was hand conditioned and blended and sculpted: I only ever used a pasta machine roller to flatten and condition the clay for the beak, which I then trimmed up to make the beak. Literally everything else was conditioned and mixed by hand to create soft organic shapes.
