Description
I -finally- made a new tutorial for you guys, whee. *does a little dance*I'ts based on some of the wishes I've gotten so far from people, but since there still are a lot of those unfilfilled, I guess I'll be doing more of these little three-in-one tutorials. Although, the fur-tutorial has been on my list for so long, I think I'll do that one next.

This is a really handy tut; thanks for posting.
You can make snow a lot faster by adding a layer of noise (filter). Then turn up the contrast and fiddle the brigtest - set the mode to screen. Then use the motion blur filter. =3

omg... I've been searching for a tutorial on how to make a snowy background for so long now... ok perhaps I haven't really been searching, but I've finally found something good! Just out of curiosity, how would I go about with a silent night with a gentle snowfall? As in no wind and the only thing guiding the snow's movement is gravity. Also do you have any tips on a star night sky? I know it isn't connected to elements or weather for that matter but its composition is really close to that of snow... yet it still doesn't look right.
